Try this multi-joint exercise to target your quads, buns, and biceps. If you have a light dumbbell grab it!
1. Stand with your feet shoulder with apart, arms by your sides.
2. Keep your shoulders back and remain upright as you step forward with one leg.
3. Lower your front and back knee to 90 degrees keeping your front knee tracked behind your toes.
4. If you have a weight complete a bicep curl return to the starting position
5. Repeat alternating legs!
